Rev. Cheryl Millman

Executive Director

Cheryl Millman co-founded Open Door Outreach with Wanda Livingston in 2005. She has been the Executive Director of the organization since its inception. She facilitates all programming for the women at the Provincial Correctional Centre as well as offers 1-1 mentoring. She is also the Chaplain for incarcerated women giving her the opportunity to lead weekly chapels and provide spiritual guidance. She is a graduate of Charlottetown Rural High School and Gordon-Conwell Seminary.

Associate Director

The Associate Director works collaboratively with the Executive Director and the Office Manager by overseeing fiscal management, administrative systems, human resource support as well as fundraising events.  Primarily she oversees the business of the organization, ensuring that programs and services offered continue for the sake of the community we serve. She is also able to facilitate programming and services in the correctional centre when necessary.

Wendy Hawbolt

Office Manager

Wendy has a variety of roles in managing the daily affairs of Open Door Outreach. She has responsibility for the financial and human relations aspects of the organization but also participates in various roles in the Correctional Centre as needed. Wendy has a diploma in Addiction Studies from Mount Royal University and is an accredited Associate Addictions Counsellor. She has been working at Open Door Outreach from the very beginning in 2005.
