Men’s Chaplain
Welcome to our page. My name is Neal Millman and I have been the chaplain for incarcerated men since May 2022. Every week we host chapel for each unit at the Provincial Correction Centre as well as the Summerside Correctional Centre.
I can relate to the men I meet in the jail as I have had my own journey in addiction and it is only by the grace of God that I have not been an inmate myself. Thankfully those days are long behind me. Jesus has given me a hope and a future and if He can do that in me, He can do it in anyone.
I am thankful to my wife Cheryl for giving the men’s chaplaincy a place to land at Open Door Outreach. I hope you will support this good work. Check out the links below if you would like to donate to the men’s chaplaincy. It will be designated directly to our work. Thank you so much for your support. God Bless.

The Men’s Chaplaincy for Provincial Corrections has now become an affiliate with Open Door Outreach to better assist and cooperate in spiritual services to incarcerated men and women in PEI. Together we will provide a framework of shared resources to better serve this community.
