Rev. Cheryl Millman
Executive Director/Program Facilitator
Cheryl Millman co-founded Open Door Outreach with Wanda Livingston in 2005. She has been the Executive Director of the organization since its inception. She facilitates all programming for the women at the Provincial Correctional Centre as well as offers 1-1 mentoring. She is also the Chaplain for incarcerated women giving her the opportunity to lead weekly chapels and provide spiritual guidance. She is a graduate of Charlottetown Rural High School and Gordon-Conwell Seminary.
Wendy Hawbolt
Office Manager
Wendy has a variety of roles in managing the daily affairs of Open Door Outreach. She has responsibility for the financial and human relations aspects of the organization but also participates in various roles in the Correctional Centre as needed. Wendy has a diploma in Addiction Studies from Mount Royal University and is an accredited Associate Addictions Counsellor. She has been working at Open Door Outreach from the very beginning in 2005.

The Associate Director works closely with the Executive Director and team to support the day-to-day operations of the organization. The AD will be actively involved in ensuring programs and services run smoothly and remain responsive to the needs of the community served. She will provide practical support across operations, contribute to fundraising activities, and facilitate programs and services to the women within the correctional centre.
